Now we all know Haku from Naruto has alot of controversy about wether it's a female of male. I personally think Haku is a female, because when Naruto first met Haku. She was wearing this band around her neck that only japanese women wear. Another to support my answer is that Zabuza could have easily say Haku's a boy so that he wouldn't feel ashamed. Plus everytime I see Haku in the anime she has cleavage (boobs).
So if anyone has any information on this, please tell!

Yep, no controversey to it. It might have been one of those "don't be so mean to female-like guys" movements or whatever, but Haku is DEFINATELY male. Zabuza even uses masculine pronouns to describe him, on top of what Xz just said.

Like in most foreign languages you say "he" even if you don't know. Even though he uses pronouns, it's just like in Final Fantasy IX with Quina. They refer to him as a he, a she, and an it. You don't know what gender Quina is, and I don't think Square'll tell us.

Guy..He even says he's a GUY after he talks to Naruto while being dressed as a girl(Amercian version)...He might not have said that in the original version, but idk, that's one of the only episodes I missed or forgot about...

I honestly don't know how people can think he's a girl. He just looks like a girl.
We're lead to assume he's a girl by the way he dresses and what he's doing, and then he tells us he's a guy. It's not some super complicated plot twist where you have to watch it three times to figure out what's going on. I never understood why most cross dressing anime characters were just turned into what ever sex they appeared to be for the English version of their show, but I guess this proves they were right to do so. The English audience just doesn't accept cross dressing people who aren't flamboyant gay men. | |

Well of course "he" tells Naruto. But Haku could also be keeping a secret! If Haku told Naruto that she was a girl (which she is) then Naruto will automatically think "Whoa Haku and Zabuza most be lovers!" and then Zabuza get all embarrassed and then that's it. So haha I win, Haku is a FEMALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also Zabuza doesn't strike me as the sort of guy who would care if people thought that, and Haku definantly wouldn't care provided Zabuza told him not to. Your argument seems to be based on the assumption that these are real characters that don't exist solely to entertain us. Haku was written as a boy who looks dresses/acts like a girl. That's the end of the argument right there. Your argument has nothing more to back it up than if I claimed Naruto is an alien*. There's nothing in there that proves Naruto isn't an alien, and if he was an alien he would probably hide it and pretend to be a human.
