I don't know if this was ever suggested before, but considering you guys have a pre-formatted new topic post for Bug Reports and Code Problems, why not in Classified Ads?

Without some kind of format, people just say "I need a blah blah for my game." Then people have to post back saying "What is the game about, any payment, game ideas?" then that person replies back with some information. Just there, it's three posts in a topic, by two people.

Of course, some people post very detailed posts but most don't.

I suggest a format like this:

Desired type of employee: DM coder,Icon artist, website designer, tester(s), or hosts.
Game name or hub page:
Game type or types:
Payment:
Basic description of the game:
Other details or comments:

Please don't post too much about the format itself, the topic is mainly about having a format for new topics in the Classified Ads section and that was just an example.
