I need some good spyware stuff, got any suggestions?

Trillian is a proxy client that lets you connect to unlimited AIM, MSN, ICQ and Yahoo messenger accounts and IRC, loading all contacts from each service into one window. It's useful when you use three to all of the aforementioned but generally not otherwise, mostly because it's clunky and has a few nasty bugs lurking around.

i'm partial to GAIM on all platforms (Adium for MacOSX though) - good and stable so far on both my Win box and Linux box.

Alexa is a standard install. Also, I've heard that lop is pretty nasty. Oh, and CoolWebSearch is a must. :P
Oh... spyware CLEANING stuff... You know, if you used Linux you wouldn't need such things. :P I suppose you could check out AdAware and Spybot, though.
