I was just curious if there was any kind of cable you could get that would allow you to make your T.V. your monitor, and if so how much would it go for. Thanks for any input.

Depends on if your video card supports it though TVs don't make good monitors as they have horrible resoltuion :P.

Hmm I just noticed my Video card does have a Tv output..I wonder how it'll look on our Wega..

all u need is a TV-OUT and a Scart Cable :P
A lot of people seem to think that using a s-video cable is best. It doesnt seem to be the case for me, i hook up either my rgb or dvi to my tv(it supports it) and i get killer quality and my movies almost look like dvds(divx ones)

RGB and DVI are better by far. S-Video is better than the normal yellow input (whatever it is called) because it is a little more specific, but it is not close to DVI or RGB, but not all TV's have any of those inputs.
Standerd TV's have a resolution of 640*480.

High def TV's can get alot better though.
