Ninjas do rock. But batman sucks. Spider-man would kick his ass at any moment. If spider-man can kill green goblin then he can do so with batman.

*Five-point Exploding Heart Technique from Kill Bill*, can't beat a ninja that can kill you instantly. :)

Goblin could have killed him after he broke into the newspaper place and used the gas on him. GG and Batman both had the gadgets to take out spiderman. Plus, the batmobile could run him over.

He's just stating the facts. If all I had was a cookie, I'd be like, "You're all i have". But I'd still eat the cookie if I needed to in order to fight crime.

hes got no supernatural powers. That is exactly why he doesn't suck. He's one of the few classic comicbook heroes that could actually exist in real life. For all intents and purposes, he's no more than a dectective with some nifty gadgets, and a thirst for vengence. He puts his cowl on the line everytime he goes out, unlike Supes or Spidey, who are fairly invulnerable to normal thugs and brutes. And the Bats don't shy away from the big fights either. Heck, he even took on Superman at one point. How often do the other spandex supers conquer someone 100x as powerful as they are? ~X |

Spiderman lost his powers at one time and was completely vulnerable. Spiderman's powers = Batman's gadgets. Batman can't lose his smarts or his gadgets, unless he was incapacitated or went insane, with which would leave him unable to fight crime in the first place. Plus, spiderman also has to rely on web canister things (from the cartoon) which leaves him with less options in Batman snaps off his arm or seals the web shooter things.
PS: If there is going to be another spiderman movie, Venom should totally be the villian this time around. He rocks. |

He may lead the justice league but I still got my vote on spidey. The newer Batman is justice league now which is all future time where they go to diffrent planets and fight for the universe so they do got more advanced gadgets. |

Yes, lets not talk about the old cartoon episodes. ^_^
I hated those. Web canister was stupid, the new cartoon one is 3d but is sweet. |

Spider-man would do some sweet flip or spin him up, bat-man could'nt get out of his web cause he has no strength. All batman has is his mind, he can plan strategys out good. Spiderman can sense whats going on from where. Wtf you tlakign abotu dude? Batman is built, ONE of his arms equals about 2 of spidey's arms. |

Batman is jsut too powerful and can do too much stuff. Notice that he's never been in a fighting game. He's just too powerful and smart that they can't put him in one. (Spidey is in Marvel vs. Capcom)

Yeah, if Batman had time to plan, Spidey wouldn't know what hit him. Batman would hunt him down like a dog, terrorize him and toy with him until the moment was right, then strike. Batman is no fool, and he is vicious, calculating and patient. Batman is also one of the greatest detectives in the comic world, and could easily deduce who Spidey is, his routes, weaknesses and techniques. And, he has the money and resources to actually negate every strength and ability spidey has.
If they just ran into each other on the street, not knowing each other, I'd still bet on the bats. Sure, Spider-man is all sorts of super, but Batman is still a powerful foe. He wouldn't go down easily, and he would still have all those wonderful toys. ~X |

Batman is buff. He's no little man. He trains and works out constantly. He's probably stronger than most, but nowhere near the strength of Spider-man, who is 10x as strong as a normal man. Spidey can lift, like, a ton. Literally. With a fancy suit, Batman could exceed that strength, but he's probably only about 2x as strong as a normal man without gadgets.

Well, shoot Batman and he's dead too. The problem comes when you try to get him in the crosshairs. Blasted heroes never stand still.

Yes, but if they just met on the street, wouldn't Batman be his former identity, with out all of his neat gizmos? And I doubt Spidey would want to use his powers in public without a suit, so, tie game? :p
