Windows Media Player & Real Player Problems

Whenever I try to watch a video, the screen is black but you can hear sound. Even when a movie is playing inside another page, it does the same thing. Some of the movies that play on paegs onyl allow you to watch them when u right click and keep the menu up..

Do you have the video codecs? Ask whoever supplies the videos what video codec they're using. Then find and download it.

Or try a player comes with a decent collection of codecs.

Ya, I love that media player, it plays almost everything, and does a good job. There are a few things I wish it could do, but when it comes to playing videos, it is king in my book.

Yupp. Supports switching between multiple streams and even subtitles...

Awesome stuff... now to get everyone to encode OGM files =P
