I think this whole thing is just an April Fool's prank and all the moderators are in on it. The whole joke is that we wasted our day trying to decrypt your code. Or this is just a way to advertise crypto.

It seems the messages are not random. Im still looking at the http://www.byond.com/Fool/ pages they might be a way to find something out but...this may just be a crule joke like when i saw it on my screen i just had to laugh. Think i might explore the byond site some more.
