What would you all think about a BYOND magazine?
It could have interviews with BYONDers, biographies, and reviews and previews on BYOND games.
Any comments?

Are you saying DBZ is evil?

Yes, I am. It is the devil's kin (though I don't actually know what that means :P)

Sounds good, but I want to go beyond online magazines.

Kunark wrote: Yes, you are correct there, but it doesn't mean just any type of relative or family. In actual fact, it means the closest, living connection to yourself. When you are asked for your kin, you more than likely say either your mother or father, if they live together then it goes either way, but more than not, it is your mother. If they live apart, it is generally the one you live with. --Lee |

Sounds good, but online magazines will outshine paper magazines in many areas: - cost. e-zines don't have the large printing costs involved in printing paper-based mazazines. It could also cost less to develop articles/graphics/ads for each issue. - audience. e-zines can have a much larger (easily international) reader-base than a comparative paper-based mag. - dynamic. e-zines (especially the Flash-based ones that are coming out) give the reader more of a chance to interact with the content of the zine, or even communicate easily with the article authors or others with the same interests. |
That might be a good idea, but only when it gets popular, it would have to dig through the evil pits of DBZ to get enough content right now for an actual magazine.
