*sigh* You've checked CheckPassport() when players login, right? You've set a variable that indicates whether or not they have subscription privileges, right? (In other words, a var that stores the return value of CheckPassport() so you don't have to repeatedly access the passport information.)

Now depending on the value of that var, enable or disable features as you see fit. I can't tell you more without more information about what kind of features you're wanting to enable/disable.
