Look up http://www.visualware.com/visualroute/livedemo.html and pick a location relatively close to you. When the applet appears, type in the IP address and hit ENTER/RETURN on your keyboard. It will then backtrace that IP to its source - usually the last point is not necessarily the source computer, but the computer or router that the IP connects to for access the 'net. This is common for Cable and DSL connections with many people using one IP or IP range.
