I'm 15, and I live in a suburb of Salt Lake City, so there is alot of gangs, pedofiles, and nuts that live around the areas. I can't drive yet, so when I'm out, if I feel extremely threatened, I will carry eather a 5" serrated chef's knife in the back of my pants (if someone were to come after me, if they didn't have a gun, it would probably scare them off pretty easily.), or just a regular steak knife for added protection.

But 97% of the time I remind myself that I am a 5'11" 15 year old male that is extremely skilled at street-style kick boxing, and don't have a care in the world if someone is going to mess with me.

I live by the good old saying "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but word will never hurt me". Remember, if someone pisses you off from what they say, they already won.

Kunark are you Mormon?

Heh I like the variation of that quote that was in some game "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but a good sword will do better."

No, your 15 and don't act like your still 12 like many people on these forums have decided to do :P, which almost all people who consider themselves "gangstas" are too immature to understand that it's quite a stupid thing to call yourself considering "gangstas" are people who are active members of gangs, and now just about 70% of the people that consider themselves that, are really just sad cases of people trying to fit in and failing by making themselves out to be something they are not.

No :P Nothing so far but when I'm able to go to church (I'm not currently), I'm going to become Catholic, and personally, I HATE Mormonism, but not Mormons considering I really can't hate anyone without a real reason, and a persons religion doesn't always make them who they are.

The actual Mormon religion I find to be a cultish setting considering their restrictions and their "It's ok to do this if you belong to us" kind of lifestyle.

lol, never heard that.

That's like "I'm going to join the Mickey Mouse Club" right? =)

But you get to have multiple wives! Now *that* is a cult worth joining! =D

In response to digitalmouse
Umm Mormons dont get Multiple wives Digi, That stopped in like the 1800's, and they only did it to support wives and there children of widows and such, it wasnt cause the men where players or anything.

Also, what restrictions are you taking about exactly Kunark?
The only restrictions that come to mind are, Your not allowed to drink, smoke, take addictive drugs, caffiene included, and a bunch of other things that you just shouldnt do in general.

How is mormonism like a cult?

How would you know about that? You've only been here for 4 days. I smell a double! *cough cough wink wink*

but isn't that how it is now?

In America we generally have the right to bear arms, though there are many states that don't issue concealed-carry permits. Also, there's a lot of room for improvement in educating the public about gun safety and self-defense law.

First, you should know that your signature is over the edge, and this does nothing to change it. A while back Sariat's pointless "smoke a blunt" posts started getting deleted because it went too far, and that even went for posts where he actually had something topical to say in the process (not that I recall that happening much). It's not to single Sariat out, but I just wanted to make you aware that this situation has come up before. This is annoying and it needs to stop. The name goes far enough; you shouldn't be looking for a way to push farther. If you want to deliver pro-drug ads do it in your own space.

Second, you have to start closing your HTML tags or stop using them.

Well...don't say I didn't warn you :-D

I say, Tranquilizers always do the trick. so does sodium pentothal/pentothal sodium.

If ya need to see if someone will rat you out, stick them up with that crap instead of blowing their brains out.

Never take even your best friends word for truth, require proof in all areas.. if theres reason for suspicion keep them both locked up and a friendly injection should make the 'truth' come out.

I prefer to keep identity covered,

leather gloves, pantyhose and ski mask (panty hose put on with leather glove leaves no trace of skin or hair) get some shoes 1 size too big and pack it with newspaper, a girdle to support any gut you might have, colored contacts, hooded robe, army gear, or trenchcoat.. tranquilizer gun, tazer, chloroform, and if someone really pisses you off, bring a grenade or two.

Lighter Fluid, Gasoline and a match are great for reducing crack houses to ash. just be sure to grab the money before lighting up. and get the hell out of there..

I suggest you acquaint yourself to sewers and the use of a flashlight before doing this, or any crime at that.. chases overland are far too common these days.. If you enter the sewer systems you could easily lose anyone chasing you.

I know.. Ive done it.

yet you believe that sins are scaled in their evil?

All sins are equal and the catholic teachings make god out to be some vicious monster.

I respect them, but their religion appears to be a bit too much of a game and a chore to me.

Obviously you don't mean that he looks like a vicious monster, because man was created in his likeness. And he seems like a pretty forgiving guy; I never imaginged a vicious monster to be that nice. So how is he like a vicious monster?

But dont you see?

If you dont fight against these criminals they will only spread and never get the message that this is protected ground.. Vigilanteeism is wrong, but it's a personal sacrifice.

Look at it this way, One day a criminal may destroy part of your life one day, you could prevent that from happening by squelching them all.

First off, I'd like to say - "Holy keeerist! Use some punctuation!"
(Or prehaps I use too much punctuation?)

Second, I do not act like I'm twelve. I twelve year old "gangsta" would say something like this:

"yo yo sup dwg i b hangin out in dis herre ghetto aight. dont dis smack masta g cuz he has guns and has to bus a cap in yeh ass wurd smack masta g out."

Please fix your sense of reality accordingly =P

personality, their teachings

"make"
"him"
"out"
"to"
"be"
"a"
"vicious"
"monster"

and I know god NOT to be so unforgiving, and the catholic teachings are quite unforgiving even in repentance.. They also distort the meaning of repentance, making it appear like only an apology is necessary through each transgression..

The only true apology is to try your best not to do something again. Verbal apologies are like dust to me. they're everywhere and can get irritating.
