i just bought Animal Crossing and pre-ordered Metroid Prime which i am really looking forward to.

I don't like GameCube, I keep thinking I'll lose it because it's so small. Or I might swallow one of the games.

I played Metroid Prime a few days ago. Right now, it's looking a hell of a lot better than Halo. I, also, am really looking foward to it's release.

I can not wait for Metroid Prime.After seeing the preview I almost thought it better than Halo...Big improvement for the super nintendo one.:P well of course.

halo is not that improved sence the dreamcast version, but no one seem to realize that. The graphics may be pumped up but not to much. So whats the big deal with getting a x-box if i can get the same game for less and not buy a new gaming system. I already own a PS2, PC, and Dreamcast, who needs more?

what Halo is Xbox only, there has never been a other Halo especially on the Dreamcast.
i like to look of metroid being a fan of the snes one, but i dont believe that it will knock Halo off its podium | |
Your forgetting one thing too, Halo doesn't suck. I think Halo is pretty damn tight. LAN party's and such are fun when you have multiple Systems hooked up. I watched a trailor for Metoid Prime and played a demo, I thought it was a 5/10. The graphix for plasma and laser guns look crappy. If your gonna diss Halo, try playing a LAN game and tell me if it sucks.

Thats something you do on a computer so you don't have the nasty split screen issue or getting stuck with a control scheme you dont like. Since I'm sure the XBox doesnt have near the controller selection of a PC. | |
No halo came out before the x-box was released, i played it on the dreamcast. It really is not as good as everyone thinks it is. Gore is a way better game along the same lines and a 500mrz computer can handle it with little stress. It was on the dreamcast, look it up if you want. It is a good game but the x-box can do a lot more and i dont see why they havent.
