I'm not sure, I wanted to sorta take a pull and see what everyone says...

I could aim for skinny but cut, or become really big and bulky... What does everyone think is the best way to go?

And do you have any work out tips that you wanna share?

Some guy was telling me that if you picture your body to be greater then it actually is, and focus on that's what you wanna look like you'll look like that... Since your Mind is so powerful he says. hehe. :)
I don't think the guys right. YOU just think you look that way.
Keep an active life style and don't worry about how you looks. People more often care about your personallity than appearance.

No, youre wrong. Myself, I am small, but more cut then jesus on ice(if that makes any sense). I want to bulk up, but I never worked out enough to do it. Right now, I can look buff when i flex, but im not large, just cut.

umm, thats not what i meant. He was saying if you picture yourself a certain way you will get there no matter what.

oh sorry. yeah, you are right. ive been training for a year now, and no matter how i see myself, it doesn't help. i find that to get strong, you really need motivation, and you need to go beyond the pain, to the next level, and that is where you begin to get strong.
