Ok, I stopped the wierd weight training, now it's push-ups; sit-ups, and plenty of juice...well, actually protien. There is one think I will never lisetn to though. I will not rest for a whole day!! Trainers tell me to workout only 3 times a week!!! I WORK Out every day though... they said it helps my muscles recover...... eh, what do they know.....
please, Please PLEASE stop telling us your work outs. most of us don't care at all. so stop now before you piss all of us off.

Well, it's for mindful babble. =)

Basically, if you get hot and bothered (or excited) about some topic, you take it to Babble. The name isn't particularly apt for its intended purpose, but it's mainly a place for discussing non-BYOND related things and getting feedback. For example, "Congress is destroying America!", "Space Empires IV Gold", "Wow, nice banner!", and "What is the world coming to?!" are all good topics for Babble.

It's not so much intended for narratives of your daily life. That's not to say that you can't -- just that you shouldn't do it on a regular repeated basis.

(Generally, there are two types of posts that get the most commentary in Babble: debates about life, religion, and government; and irreverent humour. =) )


I'm sure no one cares that I woke up at 1:45 PM this afternoon, and have done nothing but futz around with my computer since then, for example. =)

Speaking of which, I need lunch.
