Why do i have dimes??

Im just a newbie, but Seige1010 gave me 12 dimes for "for GM". Why ? I don't have a game. What is this? Why do i have 12 dimes??

Bah, and I had to earn my 12 dimes over a good period of time. Winning a small piece of a contest (10 dimes), answering a trivia question (1 dime) and a donation for hosting Incursion (1 dime). While you get yours handed to you on a silver platter.
