AboQut Deadron's Character Handling ITS BOTHERING ME BADLY!

Why doesn't Create A new CHaracter,Quit and Delete a CHaracter pop-up.Its really bothering me.If you know my problem,PLEASE tell me!

You won't get any responces posting in all caps. Try being considerate, instead of annoying, and you'll do better :o|
