About depositing dimes...(To Dan &/or Tom)

Dan and/or Tom, why do we "Have" to deposite at least 50 BYONDimes in order to file our wallet, I have only just noticed this because I wanted to get 10 BYONDimes in my wallet, but to my dismay it said I have to donate at least 50 Dimes which in turn I only want 10, so could you please tell me why 50 BYONDimes is set at the minimum deposit please?

Processing deposits cost money. Dantom is probably trying to avoid having to spend their own money for people to deposit dimes.

I know this, its just I want to deposit money only for 10 Dimes because thats all I want, I dont want 50 Dimes, just 10, and I really want 10 dimes, because if this cant be done then I wont be bothering getting it until I can get 10 Dimes only...I just wish I could get only 10 dimes, as 50 is alittle too much in my case

$5.00 is not much at all and I believe it costs more then $1.00(10 dimes) to make the transaction so the minimum deposit is to keep you from losing money.

Its always good to have dimes in your account so if something comes up you will have them there to use.

NOTE:You will put in 50 but you will probably end up with 40-20

As deadron said it takes money to make transactions and Dantom do not pay for it out of there own pockets (why they have to min deposit so you actually gain money instead of ending up like Fireking.)

I believe nothing is taken out of your BYONDime total until you go to withdraw money. At that time, you're assessed a service charge of a flat fee plus a small percentage of the size of the transaction. If you've already created your BYONDime account, you probably noticed the details, so I'm probably posting this too late...

er...theres not much I can say to that it onlything i'm doing atm is lol, hahaha, you crack me up, and yes I might be a dumbass (dont chuck me off BYOND please Dan/Tom for that) but I aint that dumb hahaha
