Jmac	I wanted to know what these where and if there is a tutorial on how to make them.This pop ups when your mouse hovers over something. The one on the left its occurs when you hover over an in-game object, the one on the right occurs when you hover over an object on the HUD.

Flame Sage	I believe they are just windows. You should be able to create similar ones using winclone()

The one on the right is just a window with no borders.

The position is set by calculations which basically are based on screen_loc.
If you want to see a surprise, Go full screen on HU2 and hover over the same thing.You won't find that thing near your mouse.
Thats the way till now, but if Falacy wants he can tweak that too.
