There are no such thing as "codes" in programming for almost all cases. Code is it's own plural. As well, there are a plethora of ways to do one thing. What you decide to do for a saving system and and administration system may be drastically different for what another person will have.

The DM Guide does not teach specifically how to write "Admin Codes" but instead teaches you all that you need to know to implement your "algorithm" of the Admin System.
