Okay, this has been going on for about a week now, but for those of you who did not hear about this, people believe that SpongeBob (from the hit cartoon series SpongeBob SquarePants) is gay. In his latest episode he was holding Patrick's hand while walking. I think this is a ridiculous assumption, just plain ridiculous. It is all over the news. They think it is a way for homosexuals to manipulate kids and to change society into their favor.
They also talked about how SpongeBob seemed/acted like a homosexual in other episodes as well (his voice does sound alittle...well...gay, if you think about it, but I do not believe this the slightest bit). But in some episodes SpongeBob wears a dress. In other ones, he wears lipstick, lip loss (or however you spell it) and when he is around Sandy (the female squirrel) he acts and treats her like a male. He even tells Patrick he loves him and is around him 24/7 and they do everything together, so who knows....

Hahaha, I find this highly funny. I really doubt there is any Spongebob conspiracy going on =P If anything its probably just hidden adult humor for all of the parents who are forced to watch the show by their children. It's still funny they make such a big deal out of it, though.

The bigger question is, who the hell cares if SpongeBob is homosexual. He is a cartoon charater. The fact is, no matter what we see in the show, and what we think, the only way for SpongeBob to be gay, is for the creator of SpongeBob to say, "yes in fact, SpongBob is gay".
As for SpongBob acting gay. How the hell do you act gay. I've been told I act gay, but the people ment, stupid. He told Pat he loved him, yeh I know, I remeber hearing that one time. What, men are not allowed to love one another? I love my best fried with all my heart, then dosent mean I want to play hide the sausage with him. The problem as I see it, is people have way too much damn time on their hands, so they take up dumb arguments and complaints like this. People need to get a life. | |

Who ACTUALLY cares if spongebob is gay? seriously, nobody cares? I mean cant be just accept homosexual people and be done with it? It's there desision on how to live, it doesnt mean you also have to be that way.

Nobody has to accept anything. They just can't be discriminatory about it, which is probably the core reason why people are vocal about Spongebob.

I hear bitching about sex before marraige all the time... Maybe it's because I live in the center of the mormon state, which mormons are very strict and very religious.
Funny thing is, is even though only having sex after marraige is a very good idea overall, for you save yourself and it makes marraige much more fun and commits the two of you together much better, it allows you to get to know the real them before you do anything drastic, and keeps you safe from having a bastard child while you are in high school. However, the funny thing is, is in our society now, where I live anyways, you're considererd socially inept if you haven't had sex by the time you are 18. Most have their first time before 16. It's considered bad because in my society, if you haven't had sex with the person within a year or so, you "don't love them" and "aren't willing to commit" or "aren't bad enough." These thoughts drive everyone here to have premairital sex. In other words, this abstenance crap doesn't work. Most kids are risk takers, and there isn't too much risk in having sex if they do it safely... Even though the risk is still there, even if it's a 1% chance that you'll be screwed over for the next 10 years, or worse. On the homosexual note, gays trying to get through the TV and reach kids to turn them homosexual is proposterous. Do we go after gay themed shows because they promote a religiously immoral way of life? Gays don't want to turn our children gay... The kids will become gay on their own, most likely just because that's the way their mind works. They like the opposite sex better. In my oppinion, gay sex isn't any more a sin than eating a meat-ridden chicken sandwich. | |
I personally blame all this crap on self-centered religious folk who pick something out of their Bible now & then to try & impose on others.
