He's talking about something weird that I have experienced as well. All of the banners for the games just don't show up. Cause of problem: Internet Explorer(To the extent of my knowledge) =P.

Try clearing your cache, and if all else fails reinstalling IE.

I think they're gone because of the complaint Tom got, something about the banners catching and really lagging up the games that are live, so Tom probably decided to take them down for the time being.
