Unfortunately a battle system isn't something someone can just make for you. The problem is that there are many types of battle systems, and the one you use and its intricacies depend a great deal on the specifics of your game.

Unlike most pieces of code, a battle system is hard to graft on; it's more like a heart transplant, very complex and difficult, for a battle system is the heart of a game.
