I have been a fan of anime for almost 2 years now. I know I prefer A subtitled uncut or unedited Dragonball Z over toonami's Dragonball Z. Anime movies are rarer and harder to get. For U Anime fans what are you top 3 favorite anime movies.
1.Princess Mononoke
2.Escaflowne the Movie
3.Cowboy Bebop: Knockin on Heavens Door

"Dragonball Z Movie 8: Valiant Fight! Violent Fight! Super Exciting Fight!" (Japanese-translated name) is my personal favorite animé. I haven't really seen any other animés besides Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hasuksho, and Dragonball Z.

1.Princess Mononoke I've heard good things about this one. I don't believe any of them, but I've heard them, anyway. |

You should because it is one of the only animes I have seen but after watching it I don't treat it as animated and I give it the ratings your regular film would.

I hear people praise "Akira" and "Ghost in the Shell" a lot. Could someone please tell me what is so special about them? Is there something other than the graphics? Supposedly, the comics were good.
My Akira summary: "Kaneda!" "Tetsuo!" "Kaneda!" "Tetsuo!" Mutating Tetsuo. Louie Anderson spouts some junk trying to summarize whatever the comic had many issues to cover. My Ghost in the Shell summary: ...I'm sorry the long vision of water dripping numbed my mind and made me forget the cliche AI themes. What the heck were they thinking? |
