=) i went around the net advertising BYOND to freinds, and in total about 150.
So lets hope they stop by. i told them to inform there freinds to.

Plus, from what I've seen, RPGmaker2000 seems to have a very limited event scripting feature, and most of the people who use it don't seem to know even how to get the most out of that. I'm all for increasing the playing audience, but if we get 100 new developers from RPGM2K, my guess is that at least 99 of them are going to be of the "okay I'm ready to make game so give me the code for flying, combat, and a dynamic alchemy system" school of design.

yup, i had that atitue when i came here because i was into RPGmaker(not 2k) but i have learned alot in my almost a year at byond.

The same, but I outgrew RM2K's simple event driven code, and needed more of a challenge.
None of the people who posted replys even mentioned programming, they said the lag was horrible, the interface looked like S**t, and the DBZ games were the only thing that saved it... I think it's for the best I remove that post now... | |

Byond will get popular if u thing about it, u can search for it at yahoo or excite. i told my friends to look for it and d/l it. they told me they liked it. Kunark was the one that told me to d/l it cuz it's better then race war kingdoms so yes, it will get popular
