It refers to Out Of Character, which usually means a channel for people who are not roleplaying at the moment. In a DBZ game, though, I'm sure it's actually more out of character when people start actually roleplaying.

Arrgg! Write out your words please! "ne1" sounds like you have not finished elementary school - what is so hard about "anyone" ? (You wrote "usually" easily enough)
"OOC" usually means "Out Of Character" in more progressive role-playing games. This refers to text or chatting not associated with role-playing a character. Sometimes put in parenthesis "()" in the midst of roleplaying, but more often done in an OOC chat-channel of a game. Does not apply to BYOND-based DBZ RPG games because there are none that qualify in that category (yet). More popularly known in text and graphical MUDs, MUSHs, and MUSEs... Other possible translations: Out On Crack - for people who have a lot of time of their hands. Obstentatious Oxymoron Character - made that one up - not sure what it means, but it sounded funny. Obese Orangutan Creature - new DBZ character? "ooc!" - what a dbzer says when they get killed because their connection is too slow (or maybe that is "ack!"). Oblique Ocean Cruise Ornery Oil Corporation Octal Occult Commune (I've been drinking Jolt and RootBeer -- I could do this for days!...hmmm, if I have so much energy, maybe I should work on my byond stuff...) |
Hey man I don't think this is Acro bot!? :P
Nice suggestions though.. LJR digitalmouse wrote: Arrgg! Write out your words please! "ne1" sounds like you have not finished elementary school - what is so hard about "anyone" ? (You wrote "usually" easily enough) |
