I'm just curious... I'm creating a tactical starship combat game, but as far as I can tell an online tactical starship combat game has never before been created...
...If I'm wrong, or you have any ideas as to where I could find a potential audience, I'm all ears!

That is a starship stradegy game... it's not really that popular though, i think there was 10 people on a multiplayer server once... that was a busy day. that game is fun, you get to build cities on planets, and you can fight on the planets surface, in the space above, or light years away. and there are tons of things to build, and you get to upgrade ships by your self, so you can make a type of ship that has rocket luanchers and a good engine, or you can make one with heavy machine guns and a light shield... or somthing... i don't know, i ramble too much. ... i don't have a signature! | |
well, there is a game called Imperuim Galactica, one and two. Hmm... I might see if I can bring in a couple of those players then. I've heard of Imperium Galactica too. I didn't know it was online-capable, though. Most multiplayer-capable space games are just of the 4X Master of Orion variety -- you build an empire to conquer the universe. | |
