Hello all, some may know me some may not. I'm Roi from Dragon Ball Chou, currently me and a few other developers are making a sequel . Though the first one isnt anything to be proud of (Finale Rip). I feel that making a game from scratch will make things better. So for starters heres the base work for the combat stance. After a few critiques I was told by Pmitch to puth the colors in the spots they belonged. But anyways please crit me on this. =D

Didnt realize I had the icon as my avatar.
Looks pretty fly... guy.
Now that I look at it...there are some things I should've changed...
Overall, the shading and colors look pretty decent. But, it's hard to read, can you post a reference, or if you didn't use one, mayby something close to what you were trying to get it to look like. Mainly the back leg is hard to read, I don't understand where it is supposed to be.

Also, I think the rights side of the chest shouldn't be defined with a different color than the left side.
The pose looks weird. I have no problem with the shading or anything, but it looks like his head is a little dispositioned on his shoulders. Were you going for a martial arts pose? You might want to speed up the overlays (animation) also.

Love the shadow though. I also love the shading, but it has a couple of problems. But in overall it's pretty good.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us Here's my edit. Your shading was good, I just wanted to simplify the colors, and it didn't look right to me un-simplified. Well here you go, for 1 frame.
