When you make buildings, and intend to give them insides. Always keep in mind the shape of the building.

If thats supposed to be the inside of that building, where are the rooms to the left and right, and where is that extra space in the back coming from.

I think he's just trying to show an example of the inside building turfs being put together. And, the two side buildings seem like there at a different perspective than the roof, it might just be me though.
