Not bad, but the neck on the side looks a bit wierd, and the North state looks like you've just edited the south state, because it looks like he's moving that way. It might just be me who sees this, but oh well.

I'd hope not (now thats a scary thought). On the side state his body is running away from his head in one of the frames.
