This Grimmjow is without tail i know . im too lazy to add it.
And this Grimmjow has a tail, since i had to change this to the one above cause a friend told me the legs here are too thin.

I don't particularly like the windows and door. They don't really blend well with the rest of the building. =/ I do like the cracks though.

The building is ok. For some reason the grey walls aren't one color, but a ton of different similar colors. You probably fix that. Maybe add some dithering at the top.
The Grimmjow is ok as well, some problems with it too. It's pillow shaded (because you mirrored the sides), so try adding a light source. Also the way you did his long hair, it looks like he has short hair, and the long hair that comes down his back resembles armpit hair/pups and/or shading on those body parts. Try to separate them, and make it look more like hair. Maybe by not having it stick out so perfectly at those places.
