The hair, eyes and clothing are there only as a kind of watermark, so don't bother too much with those.

Ill start with the look of the base.

The legs look very masculine, and shouldnt be spread out. So move those in. That way when it walks it wont look like its dancing.

The upper body also look abit masculine Its got very wide shoulders. Try giving it a small neck and bringing in the shoulders alittle. Raise the breasts up and make it's waist and hips curvier.

As for walking, Its best to use yourself as an example. get up and walk around, and watch your movements.

it looks that way because the shoulders are too broad and the arms need to be longer..the length of the arms make them look stubby and more muscular than they actually are

bring the pants up a bit maybe the boobs too to add length to the legs.. and also make the arms slightly longer...look at how your hands hang, you can put them in your pockets, she cant!
