It looks pretty well done. Proportions seem about right. The nose does need some work though. You should try to draw the nose with out using a line like that. Try forming of the shape of it via shading, and contrast of values since you did that with his other facial features. I'd also Do something about that solid dark tan pixel border going around his head. Making it lighter where the light is hitting directly.
