SpellBubbles

Displays bubbles for spells that have duration.
For instance if you cast poison on a monster a little box will appear on top of them until poison goes away.

It can only display up to 3 bubbles right now but next version(soon) it will be 6

For any spell that has a duration.
Tell a user when he/she is thirsty, hungry

DARN IT!!! V3 was V1.... GAH!! Ok Final version. Plus I fixed the problem where it would wipe your other overlays.

Spell bubbles now supports icon states!
