A demo that makes it to where you can toggle whether or not you would like to hear all comunication that is done in the game(say to view and wisper).

Example: you can be on the other side of the map and hear what somone says to the people in their view

To test this game and see if it works(it works) you need to multi key. Add it to your game as a gm command :D EASE DROPPING HAS NEVER BEEN AS FUN!!!!!......

Version 2:

Updated the system entire. Removed for() loops and simply added a adminListeners list to allow for fast response. An update that should had been done for years.

Also, added a chatbot to the map that will randomly whisper or say to view.
