genin = Pass test
Chunin = Level 2,5000
Jounin = Level 5,0000
Hunter Nin = Level 10,0000 and 255 missing Kills
Anbu = Level 15,0000 and 1000 missing kills must be made by GM or Kage
Anbu Captain = Level 20,0000 and 25000 missing Kills to get same as above
Sanin = Level 30,0000 and 5 million each stats
Sage = Level 45,0000 and 6 million each stats
Kage = level 75,00000 and 10 million each stats

To Join Organizations
Leader = level 50 million
Co-leader = Level 20 million
Member = Level 10 million
