Bar Generator

Well everyone likes the interface bars but the color thing never actually pulled me in. So i made this. The prototype for it(what gave me the idea) was made while i was to lazy to actually make bars for my game myself, so i made something to make them for me, and then i expanded on that and whipped this up in about 15 minutes(interface took extra time but whatever).
