Hi. so I made a BYOND account yesterday. I just joined and I wanted to make games in here. Started reading and found this really interesting post: http://www.byond.com/developer/articles/resources
If I read all the tutorials and all. Would I reach a pretty good level. Even though, I'd need experience too.

Reading all of the articles within that post would definitely be helpful and set you on the right path, but learning to program requires more than just reading. You'll want to actually write out some of the examples yourself and play around with them, as programming is very much a "learn by doing" sort of thing.
