these are my opinions ok


1.- I think he should just get his white snake regeneration nerfed, like increasing its cooldown and i think there's a bug that even if he gets interrupted while recovering his bodyshed he gets it back without having to use it again.
2.- I think Kankuro doesn't need a buff at all. Kankuros camp by making 10 traps all around them (which doesnt even take them much) and wait for a victim while they remain protected with the summoning.
3.- They don't deal 90% dmg, it really depends on what character you're using. They shouldnt get nerfed as they're easy to dodge, specially rasengan.
4.- Gai and Lee have the best stamina, i don't know why you're saying. And as the closest thing to ninjutsu Lee can do is walk over water he shouldn't get a chakra buff, he's got strong taijutsu combos and simple melee.
5.- He's the Tsuchikage, it compensates Dust being his only offensive ability, without that melee any other reason to pick him would be for stalling.
6.- I asked to get their cooldowns lower and so it happened. I don't think there is need to lower it more, it can TK and makes you unable to get revived.
7.- I would leave intangibility as it is, there's no real interval and that's the fun part of Obito and Tobi, never knowing when you can hit them.
8.- Don't nerf Preta's. I think they just shouldnt be able to absorb summonings.
9.- I want that too, but i think an even more amazing idea would be use the same way Gamabunta does his fire but color it to purple. Like, if you get hit by any of those poison balls you get paralyzed and obviously poisoned. That's how it appeared in the manga/anime. Then he could have more of a low-scale poison ball which would be like Gamabunta's vortex but with a higher cooldown although it would be able to paralyze and poison too, just for less time.
10.- I don't know what to say about Tsukuyomi.
11.- I don't know what to say about this one either.
12.- I think instead we should make them unable to sub the effects of Lotus, they use this to not get slow down.
13.- Yes, nerf that genjutsu's cooldown.
14.- Centipede is not a defensive summoning, i think it should be like Crab Summoning, you use it and it deals damage to nearby people.
15.- I don't know what to say about sumoning edo CD.
16.- I don't know what to say about their susanoos CD either, i don't know their actual CD.
17.- No, just dodge an Itachi thats using susanoo.
18.- Since it's Madara's counterpart, i think it should be able to stay as long and as invulnerable as Madara's susanoo can.
19.- I don't think it gives so much to be scared of.
20.- I suppose you're talking about the low-scale shinra tensei, in which case i would say no.
21.- Yes, i think Rampant shouldnt even deal damage, Yamato used it to 'clear' a path of Amaterasu. It could be used to wipe out summonings in the surroundings or something instead of dealing damage.

23.- I think Kin could use a speed/stamina boost and clone jutsu.
24.- I think Haku is fine the way she is.
25.- YESYESYES, buff his stamina, he may be old but he's a Hokage and lasts longer than idk.
26.- I think the damage could be reduced a bit but leave it at that speed.

28.- I think Anko needs a stamina boost, she runs out of juice very quickly and that's not the way i see her.
29.- Kurenai is fine, she can be very annoying with teammates, she's a support.

33.- No. I think Shikamaru's physically weak and exhausted all the time, so no stamina. If his chakra goes higher he can K.O. anyone in 5 seconds with a combo, instadeath if he gets you on his shadow 1on1.
34.- Yes, Akatsuchi is very freaking slow, not fun to play at all.
35.- Yes to Kurotsuchi's stamina buff, and that jutsu does work, when someone's hiding underground (for example Zetsu) use that jutsu and it'll reveal him and probably kill him (last time i used it it was OHKO)
36.- Mmmm no, she's an old granny healer with puppets.
37.- Buff her chakra (or chakra regen) definetely. Once she uses one of her 'big jutsus' she takes A LOT of time to recover back and those jutsus deal like 50% damage to most characters. Lower the cooldown on her windy spam.
38.- I don't think they can give him what he never showed. I think Shi should just get an insane speed buff.
39.- I think Mei should be buffed in general.
40.- I don't know, haven't played Pakura yet.
41.- I don't know, haven't played Gari yet.

1.- PLEASE NO, sometimes we have a hard enough time getting Deidara down of his birds to now allow him to hide.
2.- I'd say Sasori is op enough. I think Akatsuki side is not going to grow anymore besides Rikudo Obito so maybe in the future.

For the jutsu: YES

For the characters:

Obito-Zetsu could just be an alternative costume.
Obito Rikudo is going to be in at some point.
Although Aoba is epic i don't think he needs to be added.
Same for Genma.
Definetely add Mifune, he should've been added at the same time the 5 Kages did.
I don't know about Dan.
Yahiko is unnecessary and it's hard to tell in which team he would go.

The biggest problems with this guys ideas besides the big list im not bothering to read all of is he must be new to coasb if he doesnt know how many bugs would be created by zerok even attempting to change this i mean if we were lucky after zerok made the changes we might get away with 25% of charaters not being banned due to bugs, but i will coment on the boost to rock lees chakra as in why bother his jutsu's use stamina his chakra doesnt matter at all u could make it 1 or a million and he would play the same
