• Fixed: The pixmap and map editor's 'cut' and 'delete' operations were not working in the most intuitive fashion. (Zilal)

• Fixed: Sometimes the wrong stat/verb panel was getting the focus upon startup. (Zilal)

• Fixed: The mouse inactive pointer was sometimes being displayed in place of the active one. (Zilal)

• Fixed: Text formatting was getting preserved in pastes to "as message" input boxes. (Kevin Kitsune)

• Fixed: SYNC_STEPS wasn't working as expected in some situations. (Deadron)

• Fixed: Entering something in the form of an IP address as a verb argument was bugged. (Lummox JR)

• Timers should be more accurate now. Due to some silly windows limitations and our reluctance to stress the system with the multithreaded timers, they aren't 100% accurate, but they should be a lot better. (English -- please test!)
