It's time to celebrate, friends.
Finally.

I think it's ironicly appropriate to say...
He Got PWNED!!!
Doubtful such a thing would ever pass anyway.
"...this should be fun, starting now"

I can only imagine the thousands upon thousands of dollars this little battle is going to cost our country. Can't we just exile him already?
Heck yes.
Dubious Quality took a look at disbarment in Florida and discovered that it's shockingly difficult to achieve, putting Jack Thompson in a rare elite of Epic Fail. Of course, we all knew he was capable of doing it, if anyone was.

Jack Thompson is so disbarred, he couldn't approach the bench at a picnic.

There's tons of these, they're hillarious.

I'm not sure about the legal system in your country, but can't he just move to another state and practice law there?

He sure could. There are only a few things in his way. Bar licenses are regulated by the state, so in order to practice law in one state, he must have a state-specific license. Obtaining this license entails passing a huge exam--the bar exam. Many states will deem him ineligible for the bar license due to his prior record (being disbarred! hah!) but there is always that one who won't (Rhode Island).

I'd be far happier if he were jailed, but unfortunately advocating censorship isn't as criminal as threatening someone with violence.
