MouseLib 2 is a full bottom to top rebuild of my old mouse library that integrates a number of convenience features for working with mouse-based input.

This library adds mob overrides for catching mouse actions, hooks for detecting the beginning of a mouse drag and drop action, and two new data structures that make parsing and handling data from mouse actions much more straightforward.
