Using a browser window allows you to take advantage of things like html, javascript, and css. The demo shows some basic stuff like a news ticker, colored scroll bars, backgrounds, and links.

Needs to be more open-ended, should all be contained within procs you can call like you would output() that will go into the browser using the javascript stuff. I made something like this myself a while back, I can upload it somewhere if you wanna take a look.
