This is a system that lets you send multilanguage messages to players. (The language is sent in their predetermined language)

For example im trying to send "Hello guys" to everyone in the world.

For everyone that haves Spanish as their language they will receive "Hola chicos". And for everyone that haves English as their language they will receive "Hello guys".
