The libary includes:
- A send verb (sends a message to a player which
plays a sound on arrival, also saves the message in an inbox)
- A check messages verb (Shows the user's inbox Capacity of 10 messages)
- Delete messages verb (Allows the user to delete messages in its inbox.)

Splitted up in 3 files:
- Procs
- Vars
- Verbs
