Here follows all the source code and icons for the abandoned Treasure Seeker Classic project. Bear in mind that TSC was a game made while I was still a thoroughly inexperienced programmer; finding your way through the all-but-undocumented labyrinthine mazes of amateur coding is a daunting task for both novice and veterate coders alike. You're better off trying to duplicate the game from scratch. Honestly.

If you're looking for a cleaner, vastly more user-friendly code base with a feel somewhat closer to traditional MUDs, check out the C.A.G.E. project. As of this writing, C.A.G.E. still lacks a standalone demo (part of the reason I'm dumping this source code here on your unsuspecting heads), but I can pretty much guarantee that it would be more useful to you coding from scratch than it would be trying to modify this heap of crap to your own ends.
